Baseball Summer Workout Schedule

Athletic Awards Ceremony To Be Held May 31st

The Strom Thurmond Athletic Department will honor our winter and spring athletes on May 31st at 4:00pm in the STHS cafetorium.  We will recognize athletes from the following sports: Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Boys Tennis, Soccer, Track, and Golf Please join us on the 31st to honor our student athletes.

Tyree Stidem Signs With Methodist University

Rebel senior Tyree Stidem is both an outstanding athlete and student.  Stidem, who has served as a quarterback, wide receiver, punt returner, and kickoff returner while at Strom Thurmond High School signed to play football at Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina.  During the 2014 football season, Stidem had 118 carries for 531 yards and

The Rebel baseball and softball teams will continue in the playoffs  tomorrow, Saturday, May 2nd.  The Rebel baseball team will travel to Mid Carolina and the first pitch will be thrown at 6:00pm.  The Lady Rebel softball team will play at home and will face Newberry High School.
