More Rebels To Play College Ball

Tre Lanham and Mitchell Settles signed to play college football next fall, continuing their athletic careers.  Lanham will be playing for the Presbyterian Blue Hose and Settles will be playing for the North Greenville Crusaders. Lanham played offensive line and linebacker for the Rebels. He regularly graded out in the high 80’s for his blocking.

STHS Players Build Memories at SC-GA Border Bowl IV

Team South Carolina was victorious 22–20, Saturday, January 14, at the 4th Annual SC-GA Border Bowl, sponsored by WJBF, Channel 6, and the Augusta Chronicle. Fall Sports Awards Ceremony – February 26th

The Fall Sports Awards Ceremony will be held on February 26th at 4:00pm in the STHS cafeteria. Light refreshments will be served at 3:30pm.  Football, Cheerleading, Cross Country, Swimming, and Volleyball will be recognized at the ceremony.

Border Bowl Tickets Available At STHS

The Border Bowl which is an exciting football game between the best high school seniors from Georgia ant the best of South Carolina will be held on Saturday, January 14th.  The battle for the paddle will be at Lucy C. Laney Memorial Stadium at 12:00pm.  Gates will open at 10:30am.  Pre-sale tickets are available at


The South Carolina High School League has extended our football season due to Hurricane Matthew. The game against Swansea has been moved to November 4th.  The Rebel football schedule is as follows: 10/7 – No Game 10/14 – Gilbert @ STHS  (Homecoming) 10/21 – Pelion @ STHS  (Senior Night) 10/28 – Brookland Cayce @ Brookland

Rebels to play in Clinton Jamboree

The Rebels traditional match up with the Clinton Red Devils will take place                Friday, August 12th at Clinton. The Saluda Tigers and Woodruff Wolverines will play the first half beginning at 7:00 PM. The Rebels and Red Devils will follow at approximately 7:45 – 8:00 PM. Rebels Football Youth Camp – July 1st

Head Coach Antwaun Hillary and the STHS Varsity Football Staff will be hosting a youth football camp on July 1st from 8:30am to 1:00pm.  There is no cost for the camp and all campers will receive a t-shirt and lunch.
